Really, it only takes about an hour to unload/load the plane. Of course, the Captain has to do the required paperwork in that time as well.
The good news is that when the cargo is unusually large or unwieldy, the customers often provide labor to help. In Laredo, loading isn't an issue. Of all the carriers in the "Ypsilanti vortex," Everts managment is working hard to make the job more palatable for the pilot group.
