True unity by effective leadership comes from the top. Leadership here is just poor. The worst I've ever seen in all my years at NK and at my former airline combined. A ship needs a captain to hold that crew together or else he'll have a mutiny. What do you think is happening now? Right now, this is the "HMS Bounty."
