Wait, what? You do realize there are pilots on first year pay now? That's always the case, it's not just for the future pilots. Current pilots have to go ~ 2 months on training pay and ~ 10 months on year 1 pay. A little pathetic that at a place that pays 38.50/hr to fly an Airbus that even a regular line pilot would say he doesn't want any negotiating power spent on increasing that amount. As long as you get yours, right?
