To all on here,

Well I appreciate the kind words from several of you on here. It nice to know how others feel about you. As for the others, everyone is intitaled to his or her own opinion. As for being hired at 25, I guess you can call it luck or anything else you care to. I was very fortunate early on and I have always remembered those who helped me along the way. I always thought I was the most fortunate guy in the airline business until I did a recent PC with a fellow friend and A300 Capt who is just a bit younger than I am and he told me was hired 2 years and 8 months from his first airplane ride. As for me it was 3 years to the very date of my first plane ride. Well enough of the me stuff.
Guys remember I am not trying to ruin your new hire parade. Please enjoy the moment, the job, your fellow pilots, the cafeteria in the ASC and anything else that comes with the job. I was only trying to make a point about UPS in general. That's all.
Lastly, like I said before come by the ASC and see me for your free new hire breakfast. If we ever have the opportunity to fly together I will buy all the beers.
