Yes, I've been looking hard at bidding over to nyc but I'm right on the cusp of having a commutable line up there. For me having an uncommutable line in nyc is worse than being on the bubble in Atlanta and being a line holder some months and a reserve others. I'm going to continue to evaluate.
You can quote and talk about how life is going. The fact is you will gain seniority the fastest in NYC (and it will probably not be a straight line in your move up the seniority ladder. No one knows what network will do with the schedule and it is Flight Ops job to fill the proposed marketing plan with enough pilots to fly it.
