Sounds remarkably like the Irish pilots who were in our sims oh so long ago... Don't bite off on chaff and flares, keep your eye on the target. The only thing you need to worry about is do you feel this is an adequate package to move to two of the more expensive places on earth to live? Every new pilot they hire costs them a ton in medical, retirement and Soc Sec. If it was such a great deal to hire 'guys who lived over there', they would never had come to us in the first place.

Again, believe what's in writing, everything else is smoke and mirrors.
