Yeah, I was just trying to point out that many current FOs and captains qualify and so it's no just for new hires.
Back in the late 90's, a bunch of legacy pilots told me to avoid aviation universities and get a "useful" degree. When 2001 rolled around, I was glad I took their advice. Fast forward to now and it's a complete 180. It's like being a one-legged man in an ass kicking contest.....
