You know what numbers are not accurate? Your pilots paychecks. Every friend of mine still at Eagle gets their paycheck royally under payed ever month. They have to do their own auditing of their scheduled to get paid correctly. This is a fundamental HR FAIL on even the most basic of levels. Who would want to go to work if they aren't getting paid to do it?

This is symptomatic of what the company as a whole has turned into, a showboat of people who don't give a crap anymore doing a half-ass job. I can't get my friends over to the other side fast enough (not that its all daisies here either) because on top of that, Eagle is metering to a minimum in a overstaffed situation.

If you asked me two years ago if Eagle was the place to be, I would say yes. Now I can't recommend it anyone.
