So, just out of curiosity I looked at the scheduled mandatory retirements: (category/staffing page)

Feb: 9
Mar: 11
Apr: 21
May: 14

Based on the 2/22 class plug being 13,029, unless we have a bunch of 'non-mandatory exits' (vol retires, medicals, 'I'm-sick-of-it-I'm-done's, etc.) we should stay above the 13K mark for a while based on the current hiring pace. Good news, good news.
