Any more gutting of pilots will require justification and yes, it would be counter-productive to create a new pilot crisis which the last contract was designed to interrupt. Gutting you in this situation would only mean committing Seppuku in the much too near future and yet another reason the real solution will likely be consolidation with another carrier and elimination of some feed relationships.
