I feel sorry for the 2 and 2+ year pilots for RAH. You guys worked hard, went thru sh***y pay, now that you guys have some seniority on your schedules and pay, you will need to go to the bottom of the barrel.

That sucks not only for you, because if RAH closes doors, there will be a lot of pilots out there, which gonna flood the "hiring market", making the "pilot shortage syndrome" fade away, which I hope does NOT stop the hike trend on pilots pay, across all regionals.

The planes still have to fly. Nothing will change, just regional musical chairs as usual.

This was BB's plan all along, the only reason they conceded on the contract was because they knew they could just file Ch11 and have it thrown out in court by a judge. Back to the same ****ty contract, and back to business as usual. Management. Always. Wins.
