I think if you stay you're making a mistake
Get out now while you can ,before the company starts to shrink and it will. When that happens you will be the first to go and you will wish you had left earlier. You're on the bottom of a seniority list of a company in bk.Easy to explain in any interview. Last ones in,first ones out
