Also - In regards to flaps being a young'n who after his first airline upgraded in 2 years.... Picture more mid 30s, well educated guy with a masters who spent 7+ years as an FO at a stagnant regional. Also a well repected one that did actual interviews. Imagine that!

Oh and from what I hear from FOs, he's not going to be on anyone's do not fly list anytime soon.
