My prediction, FO pay will not change much. They do not want to lose pilots and will still need to attract pilots in the future. However, the pilots high on the longevity scale will get pay cuts to offset this. They can't easily go anywhere else to even come close to even 10 year pay. If they could then they already would have left. The rest will be renegotiating debt and possibly contracts on the routes they do for the majors. If your a new hire don't be too worried. Even if they want to lower your pay it will take some time. They cannot just force a lower pay scale down your throats. The process takes time before they can do that. They would have to justify it to a judge who would then have to throw out your contract. If that happens, do what American Airlines pilots did and drive their stock to nothing. Hopefully that would force your CEO out.
It's called an 1113. It's a low bar to clear with a judge.
Now, IF they will choose to go that route is anyone's guess.
