I was told that they are stiff on the multi time also. To my understanding it can go one way but not the other..........no matter how much SE time you have you still need the 50.........however.....you can add your multi time to your total time and as long as that is 500 you are good to go. Multi time in the hiring guys eyes is worth double I guess. So....if you have 400TT with 250ME.....add the TT to the ME (400+250) and you are well into their mins. This isn't advertised but heard from a very credible source. That being said....the average is still around 800-1000hrs in new hire classes. There are a few people that are below 500 in just about every class. It never hurts to send a resume.
