Republics process was the WORST by far, they wanted me to be ready to interview over a 72 hour period whenever they decided to call, they were arrogant *******s and I decided to not take their calls, I just let them keep calling and calling. I later heard the HR director there (2014) was a Nazi and most lived in fear of her. I never met her but thats what I heard later. Sorry but not having Pilots is of their own making IMHO. I went to a company that had a relaxed time table to interview and it exampled a much better corporate culture too.
