Those seem like reasonable numbers. We just moved from CO to NC, 6 bdrm/5.5 bth - 5100 sqft of house (and 3.5 car garage worth of tools and toys!). We had just under 25,000 lbs. we're storing most of that in 3 storage units in NC right now, a 10X30, 15X20 and a conditioned 15X20. Thats running us about 5-6K a yr while we build our main house in NC (we live in the barn right - just under 900 sqft -good practice for FDA livin'!
