In an organization with more than 1200 people, maybe I don't know say 15000+, your chances of seeing the same face twice are pretty thin. Airlines magically worked before all the feel good bs. Yes they did but they work better now. How many people have died because of personality conflicts in the cockpit? Me, me, me people turn other people off and can shut communication down making for an unsafe cockpit. You probably can't see that because of your me, me, me syndrome. I'll bet you know more than all the Captains you have flown with............
I thank you for your service to our country, I too have served. Serving someone less fortunate than you is in a completely different class. Giving your time for free is not the same as being paid to fulfill a life long dream of flying airplanes.
