Regarding today's negotiations update... Did they actually imply that they did a great job because they TA'd 9 sections in a couple days? They compared this to 2008 where it took nine months to TA the same sections. Correct me if I'm wrong but they have been talking for almost a year already. In one sentence they say both parties want to incorporate the AIP's into the new TA, then in another sentence claim massive progress because they TA'd nine easy sections in a couple days.
