I got the email last Friday and have the phone screen this week and mine has probably been on there just as long if not longer. I believe it's just a matter of time before they get around to it but who knows. If I recall from a previous post the phone screen is really not indicative of an upcoming interview but more of we're interested, keep updating your resume type of thing.
So has this phone screen lead to anything for anyone yet? I just had one, and it took all of about two minutes. I couldn't determine if the interviewer had any motivation beyond "just the facts." She was very pleasant and it was a pleasant conversation, but mostly it was "don't forget to apply when the window opens again!"
