Go to Skywest, that will be where the growth is and will be. They treat people with respect and pay them as they should. Ungrades will be almost as fast over there as anywhere else. They have great training and great procedures that insure you are safe and chances of a violation are much lower than other places. When you go for an interview at a major, you will have respect the minute you walk in, ask anyone. In this environment there is no reason to go to the likes of Gojet, or Republic.
