No. AAG gets first dibs to take over the lease. Then they can distribute the aircraft to whomever they want, even back to RAH. All aircraft at Envoy are owned by AAG, just operated by Envoy per contract. And the only aircraft that are contractually obligated to Envoy is 40 175 hulls and 90 options for new ones. NEW ONES.
I'm feeling AAG will take over the leases, but those aircraft are not going to Envoy.
No disrespect but as a former RJET guy i do not think the 170s will be touched and if so the relief sought in the restructuring is needed mostly on the Delta side. My $.02 the reverend wants a single certificate with a common fleet type and now he will get what he wants. All the best wishes to my friends at RAH.
