No disrespect but as a former RJET guy i do not think the 170s will be touched and if so the relief sought in the restructuring is needed mostly on the Delta side. But why? Why would the judge be partial to his request vs. everyone he owes money too? Can he actually claim that if someone "touches" the 170's the campany can't exist and will need to file chapter 7?
