I can imagine pilots are Republic freaking out right now. I felt the same way when I found out Pinnacle file for Chap 11. Keep in mind, Pinnacle went from having to furlough 800+ to not being able to staff the airline properly at one point. This is also during the time when the big 3 wasn't hiring like they are now. I remember a junior FO at Pinnacle leaving for Republic 2 weeks after Pinnacle file for BK. It's definitely going to be a long process.
