Same humanity that refuses to help a pax with a bag because it is their fault for not being strong enough, that isn't your job. It isn't your job to help someone in a wheelchair, or a mother who has more bags, for her very young kids, than she can handle, or be friendly to a scared pax, and any other thing that separate us from the animal kingdom.
