I Think you might not understand the point of the post you're quoting. Republic is going to have a very hard time recruiting new pilots at least until they exit bankruptcy and show some stability. Additionally, I'd like to see your stats that lead you to believe that the majors are hiring more from the non wholly owned regionals? While that may change in time, I believe it's not true at present
