Do you know what is funny? You guys think that because they are filling classes, that they are going to fill there contracts. They are hiring just enough people to cover attrition. A lot of the guys on the senority list have not even been through ioe. We had a 20% fail rate in our class. If they are covering everything they need, than why all of the goodies for new hires???
