I'm sure you're a good dude, but equating cleaning to looking for intricate FOM violations does not bode well hombre.
I don't clean, no biggy, but if the other dude wants to clean... I for sure am not going to retaliate.

I've honestly found a pretty consistent correlation; the sharp guys that check what they're supposed to check, catch my screw ups and are fully involved members of our two-pilot crew don't tend to run back to clean. I'll desist the back and forth on this thread though.
The reality is I don't let first year guys buy food or drinks and I'd like to see this company and our pilot group live up to their full potential. I passionately believe there are many ways to help the back end crew out without grabbing blue gloves. Peace guys.
