I agree with you, LCC's are growing like crazy and their pay is going up as well! I have a buddy who jumped ship and went to Allegiant, he says there adding dozens of new planes this year and are hiring hundreds of new pilots. Be easy to move up the seniority list. Something to definitely look into now.
