Most of the information requested on the application my computer auto-fills from previous hiring cycles, which makes it pretty easy. I think there's still a high level of interest from potential applicants.
I think many, like my self, have applied to many windows with no success. We have the process down. It is certainly discouraging seeing less qualified people than myself getting the interview. I'm not sure if I will continue to apply. At this point, I may hold out for one of the legacies. The longer it takes, the less likely I am willing to go for JB and the job would require a commute
