You quoted the wrong pay table. The one you quoted doesn't happen until 2017. The correct pay table starting tomorrow (03/01/2016) provides rates approximately 4% lower than what you quoted.

Oh I almost forgot...2 year upgrades will quickly start lengthening again for anyone not hired in say the next 6 months, unless another Aircraft Order is announced. Frontier's 1 trick hiring pony will evaporate after this year, coinciding nicely with the big 3 increasing hiring! Hopefully this will give us some negotiating leverage!
