Sorry "pal", but G4 is not a big boy airline. I left for a much better company with better pay, retirement, work rules (we actually have some), health benefits, profit sharing (g4 does not offer) and company culture. Unlike you, I don't care if my FA's are gay or not. I flew for a regional as well and other than commuting, it wasn't much different. My QOL at my new airline is way better than G4. I'm home more now than I ever was at G4.
