That said, as the union has already alluded to, expect to hear some good news soon. I've given numbers here before. The math works. All of you doubters should soon clearly see how the 6 year flow is working.
So let's PRETEND your numbers work. What about the rest of the problems.
- Reserve is a nightmare, and a violation(I'm not on reserve, so I'll let others have at that)
- Pay is low
- Schedules are weak as they can get (most low days off)
- You like 4 hour sits, good we have them
- No commutable schedules (with 12 days off on most schedules, and having to come in the night before, and go home the day after a 4 day) sorry I can cover crash pad/hotel we want to sleep in our own beds more then 7 days a month
- Payroll has missed on the last 7 months of my end of the month check(that's actually pretty good, compared to some)
- Constant threat of instability
- Punitive actions for not accepting an extension
- Punitive actions for sick calls
- Half the company on reserve, and the operations are so bad we actually use most of them on a daily basis
- The overdue vacancy, the upgrades won't finish till October, so if another vacant comes out in may then that is it for the year. We will not meet our numbers

That's enough, others can extend this
