It is the replacement for going to a job fair. If they like you they will offer you an interview date at the end. One of my buddies had it and was offered an interview date over the phone. Ultimately he didn't get hired.
Can anyone else confirm if this is accurate about being offered an interview at the end of the phone call?
Just had mine and was not offered to come in for a face to face. Just wanted to see if thats the end of it then or if anyone else has had a different experience.
