18, 4 , 4 and some sort of concession to PS but not other gives. Timing is sooner rather than later because the companies chief negotiator (also SD) is rumored to be looking for another job outside of Delta and the execs want him to ink the deal before leaving.
If we give any concession in profit sharing, our pay rates should be more than our initial proposal, not less. Otherwise, what we get is that much closer to what United just got. 3%-5% above is really closer to the same.
