There is Land & Sea Aviation at Merrill Field, the biggest flight school in Anchorage, they have a Beech Duchess. If you have a military affiliation, you can join the AeroClub on Elmendorf AFB and "do it" in their Seneca. If you are in a hurry a good deal down south might be your best bet.
