Well, you kids just keep plodding along blaming the reason on why you didn't get hired at a major is because you don't have military flying time on your resume.
I also find it precious that some think that they can walk in off the street and be sent to pilot training without serving a day in a nonflying Guard/Reserve job. Sure, there are some units that fill their pilot training allocation that way but most Guard/Reserve pilot training slots are filled by people who are already in the unit in a nonflying capacity. It's called networking.
