envoy just announced a retention bonus program for their first officers (only) that is similar to ours, albeit only two years in duration and totals $20,000 over that time.
I think this could potentially pave the way for talks of flow through program for us here at 9E as our pay advantage margin will shrink but they'll have the added benefit of a flow.
Anyone else concur?
