What's the latest flow timeline at Envoy? I'm told 9E upgrades are at 36 months, then two years in left seat before interviewing at Delta. Realistically, 5 years to Delta. It comes down to what legacy carrier you can see yourself at for 30 years, right?

The retention bonus says that you have to be on property prior to March 1, 2016, I believe. That would mean that new hire FO's will be eligible for the sign on bonus (if prior 121), and FO's already on property will get the retention bonus. Can't get both. Isn't that what it says?
