What's the latest flow timeline at Envoy? I'm told 9E upgrades are at 36 months, then two years in left seat before interviewing at Delta. Realistically, 5 years to Delta. It comes down to what legacy carrier you can see yourself at for 30 years, right?
It looks like it's heading in that direction.
Endeavor definitely pays more than Envoy and has a faster upgrade.
But Endeavor only gets you the Delta interview where Envoy gets you into AA. Small differences, but time will tell what actually matters to the new guys.
