The retention bonus says that you have to be on property prior to March 1, 2016, I believe. That would mean that new hire FO's will be eligible for the sign on bonus (if prior 121), and FO's already on property will get the retention bonus. Can't get both. Isn't that what it says?
That's what the letter says, but the LOA has different language in how it determines who qualifies for the quarterly payouts.
I'd think that ALPA or the company would clarify that soon.
