The retention bonus says that you have to be on property prior to March 1, 2016, I believe. That would mean that new hire FO's will be eligible for the sign on bonus (if prior 121), and FO's already on property will get the retention bonus. Can't get both. Isn't that what it says?
No. what it says is that it starts today.
So yesterday guys will get the whole 10k for this year. The next class will get 2,500k less, and so on.
