That's the top 0.3% of candidates.
How long will that last though? When AA, DAL and UAL all start retiring 600+ pilots a year, that "10,000" application pool starts shrinking pretty fast. Just my opinion. Don't get me wrong, the flow is a great backup and creates movement and makes sense for a lot of people who wouldn't initially be qualified at a legacy (no degree, checkride busts, etc.) but you can't tell me if you are qualified and don't work at Envoy you won't have a shot at AA in the future.
