Where did I say I am at Gojet? And I'm actually trying to be more generic and point out to all pilots that there is a big pilot shortage and the only ones getting a raise are the first year guys. Gojet is such an easy example of the poor thinking that pilots have. At Gojet they are actually taking a pay cut adjusted for inflation. 4 years of negotiating and what are they getting?
Will this really be voted in? If so it will show that things will really not get better.
