"College Degree from an accredited college or university" is the posted answer. But, although it shouldn't matter, IMHO you could wind up with an interviewer for whom a 4 year degree is important. I have a bud who interviewed and didn't make it, and the only comment he had was that the guy interviewing him spent some time talking about his degree. (guy was and is a great pilot, good guy to go out on the town with, and a military officer w/ no skeletons in the flying closet)
As to a uniform, I would say I do. My chief pilot might occasionally say that I don't. In the summer, barring the holiday ties, everyone looks the same. In the winter, might have a guy wearing the leather jacket, overcoat, raincoat, sweater with mixes amongst the crew....but, all on the "approved" uniform list.
