What should we be getting if there is another round of negotiations? The nebulous "better QOL" - what IS that? An extra day off, a 5 minute massage before flights? What? I just want to know what others are thinking. The offer looks OK to me, although I'm not excited about it. What would you guys want that would make it better? What did the union not get that they should have?
