I dunno, man. Not sure an xtra hotel night, or few more hours of vaca will entice peeps to come here. Others are throwing around bags of cash, we'll need to do the same. I don't think that the PBS negotiation is the place to link recruiting. Union successfully argued to remove 1st year pay hikes specifically to keep PBS a separate discussion. There will ample time to address recruiting. I just can't think of a realistic QOL that would make TSA (or any regional) the hands-down favorite, I mean we're not gonna get 14 days off a month, this is the salt mine, not SWA. Money talks, and money will negotiated separately.
