Yes, FP&A is a revered department in G4. There are plenty of A320 sims available around America and the world, and if needed they could be utilized. Even Mesa, the pinnacle of cheapness, has often sent pilots to Denmark for CRJ training. It's all been actuaried out and can change any time.
Not to be too condescending but your first post regarding Allegiant was five months ago. I've been here for years. Unlikely there is a plan for allowing pilots to sit at home paid for over a month.
Again I apologize for seeming like I have been there and done that. I know how that sounds to a pilot coming from a regional to Allegiant. However the fact remains that much of our operation is run by reaction versus planning.
Things are slowly improving and strides being made to correct these issues. Soon we hope to see both a contract and proper infrastructure. That day has yet to be realized though.
