No absolutely not they shouldn't pay less. Pull up your boot straps and fight for more pay. The same damn thing that happened the last contract when Spirit ended up being paid MORE than the carriers you mentioned.

Yes men? Ya know what I did sonny when I was at Spirit in the 90's when the pay was nothing. I left. I didn't cry about it on a message board. Resign. Go be a 3yr captain at Delta, AA and United.
Just because you sound off in a chat room doesn't mean you don't fight for your career. Pilots are pretty smart people able to do more than one thing at a time.
