For you new guys... I tried to trade reserve days today and I talked to crew planning and she told me I couldn't trade for any days. She said they are short every day for the entire month in CVG. This is after 50 F.O. transfers from jfk to cvg at the first of the month. Good news for you new guys is hiring will continue. In the bid packet this month they also said hiring will pick up in the fall because the 900 flying is very productive. Back to 3 or 4 classes a month up from 1 or 2 in the past few months.
